Envision creates many custom polycarbonate plastic enclosures using the NMR Technology. They are used for PCB's, testing enclosures, or various other types of electronic applications which need a clear enclosure. Some housings use a combination of polycarbonate and ABS components to complete the plastic enclosure construction. Common polycabonate grades include ESD, UL94-HB, and UL94-V0. Thicknesses can range from .060 - .236 thick (polycarbonate plastic enclosure design require at least .118 wall thickness).
